A Vision of Mirrors: The Unifying Light Over the Great South Land

On the 24th of November 2024, I awoke from a dream at approximately 11:24 PM with a powerful and vivid vision. ( I was struck by the date and the hour I awoke)

In the dream, I saw groups of the faithful gathering together in seaside villages and deep in the outback of Australia, all at a specified time. Each person was holding a massive round mirror. These mirrors captured brilliant beams of light that were bouncing from one mirror to the next.

The light beams were gaining rapidly in intensity as they bounced all over Australia, until all the individual beams came together into one massive ray of light. This unified ray headed heavenward in a giant arc, and then was sent forth from our nation to all the nations of the earth. As it went out, it split once again into multiple beams, simultaneously hitting all the nations of the world.

The next morning, I prayed for clarity on my dream, and I wrote this prophetic word in my journal: "Spirit of Unity, Great South Land."

The Prophetic Meaning: A Spearhead of Unity

I felt the Lord say that He will move in our nation from a point of Unity—which runs completely counter to so much of the world right now that is trapped in disunity! Where conflict and disagreement reign over the world, the Australian Church will come together in true unity. Together with New Zealand and the Pacific islands, we will stand like a spearhead.

The move of the Spirit coming to the Great South Land is a wave of unity in prayer and intercession for the nations. It is strictly from this position of shared prayer that the light of the Holy Spirit will shine like a lighthouse from our nation, reflecting God's glory back to the rest of the world.

The Mirror and Divine Transformation (2 Corinthians 3:17-18) (RSV-CE):

"Now the Lord is the Spirit, and where the Spirit of the Lord is, there is freedom. And all of us, with unveiled faces, seeing the glory of the Lord as though reflected in a mirror, are being transformed into the same image from one degree of glory to another; for this comes from the Lord, the Spirit."

"You are light for the world. A city built on a hill cannot be hid. No one lights a lamp to put it under a tub; they put it on the lamp-stand where it shines for everyone in the house. In the same way your light must shine in people's sight, so that, seeing your good works, they may give the praise to your Father in heaven."

The Light Rising Over the Nations (Isaiah 60:1-3) RSV-CE):

"Arise, shine; for your light has come, and the glory of the Lord has risen upon you. For behold, darkness shall cover the earth, and thick darkness the peoples; but the Lord will arise upon you, and his glory will be seen upon you. And nations shall come to your light, and kings to the brightness of your rising."

"May they all be one, just as, Father, you are in me and I am in you, so that they also may be in us, so that the world may believe it was you who sent me. The Great Commission Activation (Matthew 28:18-20) (RSV-CE):

"And Jesus came and said to them, 'All authority in heaven and on earth has been given to me. Go therefore and make disciples of all nations, baptizing them in the name of the Father and of the Son and of the Holy Spirit, teaching them to observe all that I have commanded you; and lo, I am with you always, to the close of the age.'"
